About Olia
Unlike traditional haircolor, Olia uses a 60% oil blend with no ammonia natural flower oils to achieve brilliant, radiant color results. The oil powered technology propels colorants deep into the hair, giving you vivid, long-lasting color. Olia visibly improves and restores hair as the oils help to reverse roughness and dullness for more brilliant, long-lasting color. Olia-treated hair is hydrated, silky and up to 3X shinier than unwashed, uncolored hair.

The non-drip, velvety cream texture of Olia helps provide optimal comfort during application. Because Olia is ammonia-free, there is no harsh smell and it won't irritate your scalp. The hair dye kit includes everything you need: a developer applicator, a colorant tube, after-color conditioner, a set of gloves, and the instruction sheet. Olia hair dye leaves your hair soft smooth managea

I ordered and received the olia platinum black hair dye. I was so pleasantly surprised when I finally decided to apply it. It did not smell strong like ammonia like a lot of dyes do. It left my hair so soft and manageable after rinsing it out. My hair had such a glossy shine to it after rinsing the product and drying my hair. It seemed to last quite a long time in my hair as well like it didn't fade and rinse out quickly as some other brands do. I would definitely recommend this hair dye to anyone who has not tried the olia brand line yet you won't be disappointed.

I really enjoyed using Garnier Olia 2.0 Soft Black. The application was easy and smooth, and I loved that it has no ammonia. The scent was mild and not overpowering. It covered my roots evenly and blended perfectly with the rest of my hair, giving a very natural and rich black color. After rinsing, there was no heavy residue left on my scalp or hair, and my hair felt clean, soft, and nourished. The color looked glossy and healthy, covered my grays completely, and didn’t dry out my hair. Even after several washes, the color stayed vibrant with no dullness.

i honestly haven't used it yet but once my bleached hair has grown out, I will. I love garnier's hair products since it is a permanent hair color, yet non stripping to the hair. there is no ammonia which is an added plus since my hair is currently bleached. Their Olia line carries a bunch of different colors and shades for just about everyone.

Beautiful, true-to-tone black color with a pleasan

Scent: Unlike most hair dyes, this one has a pleasant, almost floral scent instead of harsh chemical fumes, which makes the process so much more enjoyable. Application Process: The cream formula is easy to apply, spreads evenly, and doesn’t drip. The instructions are clear, and cleanup is simple. Color Accuracy: The shade came out exactly as shown—rich, deep soft black with natural shine. No patchiness, just smooth, even coverage. Shade Range: I love that Olia offers a wide shade range so you can easily find the perfect tone that suits your style. Packaging: The kit is well organized with everything you need, and I like that the bottles are sturdy and easy to handle. Overall, this dye leaves my hair soft, shiny, and healthy-looking while delivering beautiful, long-lasting color.

Garnier Olia Black Sapphire is a beautiful blue-black shade that gives hair a rich, dark finish with subtle sapphire undertones. What makes this dye stand out is its ammonia-free, oil-based formula, which makes the application process much gentler than most box dyes. The scent is pleasant, not harsh or chemical, and my hair felt soft, smooth, and shiny after coloring. It also did a great job covering grays.

Rich, long-lasting color with 100% gray coverage.

I recently tried the Garnier Olia 2.11 Platinum Black, and honestly, I feel like my hair just had a spa day and a makeover all at once. The oil-powered formula glided on so smoothly, and the fact that it’s ammonia-free meant no harsh smell—just a faint, pleasant scent. The color came out rich, deep, and shiny, like I’d stepped straight out of a salon chair. My hair actually feels softer than before I dyed it, which I didn’t think was possible with permanent color. Plus, knowing it’s vegan and free from silicones and parabens makes me feel a little extra fancy about my choice.

The Olia color dye for my hair didn’t take right away. The smell was fine for a dude but needed to leave in longer than the instructions said. My grays looks more off black. I redid the color a week later and the color took. Would I try again? No, I don’t like using chemicals in my natural hair but wanted to try the product.

Covers stubborn Grays without ammonia

When it comes to dying hair, you wanna make sure that you’re using the best things for your hair so that you don’t damage it. So when I was offered to try Olia, I was very happy to know that this was ammonia free. But also that it was made of 60% oil meaning that it helped to preserve my hair strength. Application was no different than any other box dye that I’ve used. But I will say that there was a noticeable smell difference and that it wasn’t as strong and I’m very happy for that as it didn’t leave my room smelling like hair dye. It worked very well at covering Grays. My hair looked nice and shiny and lively after

If you’re looking for an affordable, nourishing, ammonia‑free hair dye with solid claims for gray coverage, Garnier Olia is a great option—especially good for us with dry or sensitive hair. The dye is a great value and easy to use. I had a pleasant application experience. The shade I used was soft black. The dye covered my grays really well and was long lasting.

Love this product! I’ve used this brand before but haven’t used this specific color yet. The dye is super moisturizing and very easy to apply. I love that these don’t smell too strongly of hair dye and has some natural ingredients. Left my hair a bit oily but that was due to it being such a good moisturizing product! Will use this brand in the future.

Easy hair color process

I’ve tried a lot of at-home hair dyes, but Garnier Olia is by far one of the best. First off, there's no harsh smell—which is a huge relief if you’re used to that strong ammonia stink. It's oil-powered instead, and you can really tell it’s gentler on your hair. The color came out vibrant and even, and my hair actually felt softer and shinier after coloring, not fried or dry like with other box dyes. It covered my grays well and left a really natural-looking finish.

Great color but fades too quickly and dries out po

I tested the shade 2.0 Soft Black from Olia. The color is rich and even, but unfortunately, it started fading after just 2 to 2.5 weeks. The packaging design is very standard and outdated — the use of a model’s face feels generic, and it would be nice to see something more modern or creative. The scent is mild and doesn’t irritate. The application process is simple and mess-free. However, this dye can slightly dry out porous or already damaged hair, so deep conditioning is a must afterward. As for the shade range, it’s decent, but I wish there were more cool undertones and nuanced black shades to choose from — the selection feels a bit limited if you’re looking for something very specific.

Plus Premium Black is a high-quality, reliable pro

I’ve been using Plus Premium Black for the past few weeks, and I have to say, it’s genuinely impressed me. At first, I was a bit skeptical—there are so many products that claim to be “premium”—but this one really lives up to the name. From the moment I first used it, I noticed the difference. The texture is smooth, the scent is subtle but classy, and it feels like a product that was made with care. What I appreciate most is how consistent it is. Whether I’m starting my day or winding down, it fits into my routine perfectly. It doesn’t leave any residue, doesn’t feel heavy, and actually delivers on what it promises.

    • A: Hello rayingainteasy ! Thank you for your interest in using 2.11 - Platinum Black . This shade is recommended for those with natural dark hair. It is also not for gray coverage, and yes, it will make the hair look much darker and your grays could take on a different tone other than dark gray. This is truly a shade for 100% natural dark hair in order to achieve the result.
