Just happened to stumble across this product at my local Walgreens and bought it on hope that it did what it said it would because I had been disappointed lately with so called cleansing waters/solutions and how expensive some are that I really wanted this to work. and it does!!!!

Worst product I have ever tried

As someone who has intense dry skin, the blue cap bottle is TERRIBLE. Although it does not claim to hydrate your skin, it does claim to refresh you skin without overly-drying out the skin. After using this product my skin looked like it was peeling because it was SO dry. I have never seen my face get that dry. It also does not feel refreshing to your face at all, and it does not clean your face that well. I have never had to use so many face pads with a product until I tried this one. It also claims to have no oil but leaves your face so oily that you almost have to wash it off, despite it saying on the bottle you do not need to. Everything about this product is terrible.

Nasty Mold or Bacteria growing in my bottle

I bought this bottle of micellar water about a month ago and something is growing in it. Disgusting. I googled to see if anyone else has the same issue and I found article by Allure where they asked Garnier about a reddit post about it and they said it was an isolated incident and that no other consumers have made any complaints... Here I am Garnier, another complaint.

Second Choice. bring back the pads!

This product is...fine. I bought it after a failed desperate search of every drugstore I passed in multiple cities for Garnier's makeup remover pads. I guess they stopped making them? GUYS. Bring them back. I use this giant jug of liquid when I'm at home with cotton rounds, but it takes longer, the amount that comes out onto the pad is kind of hard to control, and most importantly - you've discontinued your best travel option! Your competitors' products (that I've been able to find) are inferior, and I can't take this on a plane. (And I wouldn't want to pack liquid & cotton rounds in my checked luggage). I'm begging you, give me the pads!

My lashes have fallen out.

Ok so I’ve used all in 1 waterproof Micellar cleaning water for the last year. Prior to that I’d used regular baby oil. I needed to purchase a new bottle a few weeks ago and they were out of it sooooo I bought the All in 1 hydrating ROSE WATER instead thinking it’d be fine, there can’t be that much difference. WRONG. I have always had nice thick lashes. Full and long. Last week I noticed a “hole” a spot of lashes were missing from my left eye. Just thought it was strange but whatever I’m a stylist things happen I know this. Well fast forward to present and I’m missing TONS of lashes. And I mean tons. It is ridiculous. I can’t believe this product is being sold.

I use this brand for cleansing products and normally love them, but I am so upset to find out this one claims to be oil free yet leaves my face with a film of oil. I have 4 new pimples since I started using it.

Good product, lasts

So far so good. I’ve been using this as my face wash at night, and no breakouts! The only thing I would change is how quickly it pours out of the bottle. I would also maybe provide large cotton wipes. This way the customer understands what it takes as far as cloth, to get your entire face clean. It doesn’t take much of the water, and it does take off all the residue and makeup from the day! I like it!

It removes waterproof sunscreen, but it inflames my skin. I am washing it off with my normal cleanser afterwards. I think I'm allergic to an ingredient in the product.
