Is it right for me?
The oil powered technology propels colorants deep into the hair, without ammonia, giving you pure, vivid, long-lasting color. Olia visibly improves and restores hair as the oils help to reverse roughness and dullness for more brilliant, dimensional color and softer, shinier hair with more bounce.

How is it different?
Unlike traditional haircolor, Olia uses an exclusive 60% oil blend with natural flower oils to achieve brilliant, radiant color results. The unique non-drip velvet cream formula propels colorants into the hair--without ammonia--with a pleasant sensorial fragrance.

Olia visibly improves and restores hair as the oils help to reverse roughness and dullness for more brilliant, long-lasting color. Hair is hydrated, silky, and 3x shinier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why discontinue a beautiful colour? I have been using this product # 5.35 for several years now, I love it, the colour & coverage. Always get compliments on how great the colour is. Now I'm so disappointed that this colour has been discontinued, why? This is very frustrating when it's such a popular colour to discontinue it. Not sure what colour to get next.... :( So upset that this has been discontinued.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite! Please don't discontinue! I love 5.35. I have auburn hair naturally but have some greys I prefer concealed so this has been an amazing product for me. It is becoming incredibly difficult to find this anywhere and I am very saddened by this. I've tried other dyes and the results have been disastrous so I would truly prefer it if Garnier continued to produce this shade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Shade I have been using this shade for over a year now and I get more compliments on my hair color compared to when I was paying over 100 dollars every 8 weeks at the hair salon. I love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ZERO grey coverage! Useless! Followed directions to the letter and did not dye/cover any grey hairs!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First and last try There are two brands that I swear by but found the Olia on sale and was impressed with the ingredients and 'natural product' claims and gave it a try. I am sorely disappointed! The 5.35 is far from mahogany - more an orange y-red that I'm trying to figure out how to fix. It did not cover my gray, even though I followed the directions explicitly. Too bad!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bottle needs to be redesigned I love this product! I've been using it for a year, and I get lots of compliments. And my hair feels healthy, looks shiny. But I have a problem with the bottle. It is very smooth, round, and a bit too large for my hands. When using it, my gloved hands inevitably get messy with hair color product. About halfway through applying product to my hair, I have a hard time holding and squeezing the bottle. My gloves get slippery, and several times while squeezing out more hair color, the bottle just squirted out of my hand and hit the floor, splattering hair color drops on towels, rugs, the wall, etc. Makes kind of a mess, sometimes permanent damage to the towels and rugs. I've actually had to touch up the paint on my bathroom wall. I hope the bottle gets a redesign soon. Make it a little smaller, or add grooves or indentations for gripping the bottle. Except for the applicator bottle, I would give this product 5 Stars, no question. I continue to use it anyway, just very cautiously. (And it STILL gets away from me).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More of an Auburn I have naturally medium auburn hair and only use haircolor to cover greys, and could never quite get a shade to match my natural one. Even though this color falls more in the brown family by Olia's standards, the name of this color is misleading. I dyed my whole head and it came out a true medium auburn over my slightly darker hair. There is a lot of red in this, though I can see the golden tint to it at times. I get a lot of compliments on the shade, especially when I'm in the sun. As always, I completely disregard the application system in favor of a bowl and brush. The bulb-like applicator is difficult to hold in my hand and a lot of product gets lost from coating the inside of the container. I've found that buying the bowl and brush (around $5-10 at a beauty supply store) makes the application process simpler and more professional results.
