About This Hair Dye Shade
Nutrisse shade 82, Pearly Blonde (Biscotti), is a medium blonde shade with iridescent, burgundy reflects. Your results will be a perfect balance of warmth and ash, while also providing 100% gray coverage.

Is This Shade Right For Me?
Pearly Blonde is best for anyone with natural hair between light blonde and light brown. If you would like to go one level lighter with similar reflects, try shade 111 Extra-Light Ash Blonde (White Chocolate). For a darker option, try shade 73 Dark Golden Blonde (Honey Dip). If you would like to remain in the medium blonde range but would like to explore other reflects and tones, shade 80 Medium Natural Blonde (Butternut) might be for you. For those with currently color treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve. Because of this, we do not recommend shade 82 for hair that has been previously colored 60 Light Natural Brown (Acorn) or darker. For more help, use our Shade Selector Tool to find the shade for you!

Beware of the ORANGE in the new formula!!!

I agree with the others. The previous formula 111 Extra Light Ash Blonde was perfect. This new White Chocolate turned my blonde hair the most disgusting and embarrassing ORANGE!Beware!!! I never had this happen before they changed it. It is not simply an image on the box change. I had to go get a salon color correction and it took 3 visits to get all the orange out. I'm out as a customer forever!

Hi HellenH! We apologize you were not satisfied with the results you achieved with Nutrisse Ultra Creme, 80-Medium Natural Blonde. We know how disappointing it can be to look forward to a new application of color only to find that your results are not what you expected. All natural haircolor that is darker than pale blonde has red and gold pigments. When you lighten your natural color, these warm gold and red pigments are revealed. When it's time to do your retouch choose a shade with "Ash" to minimize the warm undertones. For e.g. Ash Blonde, Medium Ash Blonde, Dark Ash Blonde!

New formula is very yellowy and very unattractive

This color was reformulated . The new 'richer color' makes one's hair very yellow-ish. It is vastly different and much less flattering than the original white chocolate. Why do companies want to sabotage their own successful products? I do not and will not buy this anymore.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Why change this color?

Why did you change the formula???? It’s so thick that one box doesn’t even cover my short hair. And the color isn’t the same. Why do you change things???

Best hair color ever!!!!

I am new to Garnier Nutrisse Ultra Cream, I’ve used L’Oréal for years, but now I can not, their formula is not thick rich and creamy…it is thin and runny and drips!!! I read some great reviews about Garnier and thought I would try it! I have light golden blonde hair but with gray hair coming in thought I’d go lighter!!! I love the results of using the (100) Extra Light Natural Blonde!!! I have had so many compliments on my new color and my thin fine hair feels great…like it has more body!!!! Thanks so much for your fabulous hair color!!!! I’m a forever fan!!!! Teresa

Change 82 back please!

Why was shade 82 changed?! It was perfect, as it processed it had green tones which I loved because it canceled out warmer tones but now it’s more violet and it doesn’t even match the rest of my hair! I’ve used that color for years and now I have to go find a new color. My touch up looks horrible now and have to spend more money to fix it

No, I do not recommend this product.

No where near the original 82 color

What did you do to the original 82??? The new color is dreadful. I have been a loyal customer of #82 for 15 years. Only to find out it’s been replaced with a aweful shade. Don’t you customer’s opinions matter???

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Why why why change 82 Champagne that was perfect. I’ve use it for 20 yrs and now my hairs ruined!!! Bring it back!!!

  • A: Hi there! We hear your frustration loud and clear, and I can only imagine how upsetting it must be when a beloved product you've relied on for two decades suddenly changes and no longer delivers the results you expect. To have your hair, which you've cared for with a specific shade for so long, feel "ruined" is truly a distressing experience. It's completely understandable that you feel so strongly about this and want the original "82 Champagne" back. We will report your feedback to our teams!

Q: Would this color: 811 - Medium Extra Ash Blonde, work for dark brown hair? I want to use this one but I’m afraid that this color won’t work on my hair. I’ve seen other ones available that have a high lift for dark hair but this the specific color I want.

Q: Why did you change the formula because now it’s almost impossible to get out of the tube and then when you put it in the bottle, it won’t squeeze out of the bottle either. I’ve tried everything that you recommended and this formula is awful.

                • A: Hi joymay! Thank you for your interest in Nutrisse Ultra Creme, 93-Light Golden Blonde. A very long time ago we offered a product that has been discontinued now for quite some time! It was called 100% Color and there was a shade, 913-Light Beige Blonde. Regretfully we do not have a comparable shade to recommend. Nutrisse Ultra Creme, 93-Light Golden Blonde, is a much warmer shade. To determine if this is the right shade for your hair type, please check the shade selection guide on the box, to see if your natural hair color is one of the three before pics. If you are not one of the three, your result will vary!

                • A: Hi there! Thank you for reaching out to us about using the 111 - Extra Light Ash Blonde. The need for another box would be based on not only length but thickness of your hair. We suggest buying 2 boxes and if you do not need the second box then you have a spare for next time.
