I was not even aware that the formula changed until I started noticing changes in my scalp. I have been getting super itchy and dandruff shows up literally the next day after washing it. So upset that the formula was changed and now I have to go looking for a new shampoo when I had something that finally worked for me. Please consider going back to the old formula

I’ve been using garnier fructis shampoo for a few weeks and really it so far! It rinses out easily without leaving buildup, and my scalp feels clean and refreshed after every wash. The fruity scent is super fresh and last most of the day without being too strong. It helps my hair feel softer and less damaged from heat styling. Overall 10/10 will be using again.

Solid drugstore hair care option

I’ve been using the garnier leave in conditioner for many years so I was excited to try this revised shampoo and conditioner line! It was easy to work through my hair and left it feeling clean and soft. My scalp felt refreshed and it lathered easily. I would be cautious about shampoo buildup over time but It’s definitely a solid budget option. I still prefer to use a finishing oil and heat style afterwards to achieve a completely frizz free look, but this was a good first step (picture was before any heat styling). Note this may not be a great product if you have color treated hair (has sulfates which can fade color).

Clean not stripped!!!

I did an oil treatment before trying this shampoo because I wanted to see how clean my hair could get. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did the shampoo lather on the first wash, it cleaned pretty good. I didn’t really need the 2nd wash but I did anyways. Afterwards, my hair felt and smelled clean and my curls were still in tact. My hair did not feel stripped. Clean yet hydrated.

Well, same as the conditioner. It's a good product. It started what I needed it to with my daughter's hair, but we need something with a little more. I need her hair softer and to get more nourishment. This did help with some of the frizz, though. She loves the smell, and how it feels to wash with it. It took most of the frizz away. It's just not quite enough.

I have been using the Garnier Fructis shampoo along with the conditioner for a few weeks. I would like to say I have very fine hair and I usually wash my hair everyday because it gets oily quick. However, since using this shampoo I notice I can go a day in between without washing my hair and it does not look oily. It also leaves my hair smelling good and shiny! Overall, I would recommend as it leaves my scalp and hair clean, smelling good, and less frizzy.

I double-washed my hair using this shampoo, working it well into my scalp and hair roots to get all the grease out. I like that it lathers up well and leaves my hair feeling clean and smelling good. After using this shampoo, my hair does feel a little crunchy, but the conditioner fixes this problem. Over prolonged use, as I have used this shampoo before receiving this one, I do notice my hair weighing down a bit, so I find the need to switch between shampoos every now and then. It does what shampoo does, it cleans, smells good and its affordable.

If you know this brand, you know it has the BEST scented products. I love the personal travel size containers because they make it easy to travel with. They hold a good amount of product and are easy to use. This shampoo and conditioner do a great job washing my hair. I only knocked a star because my hair can feel a little frizzy right after use - but nothing the garnier leave in conditioner can’t help. My picture is right after Wash and style. Highly recommend!

It is formulated for frizzy and dry hair so I cannot wait to see the longer lasting results. I did use this with the combination conditioner as directed for best results. Very Good, Requires Some More Product Than Usual to Work

This shampoo is very good, but it’s not perfect. I typically use less shampoo with other brands in order to wash my hair, and this one took a little bit more product in order to completely clean my hair. That being said, I think that the Garnier shampoo is a great product for the price, and it doesn’t completely strip or damage your hair. It’s very easy to work with, and I like that it washes out with ease as well. There is definitely some shine in my hair after use, so I’m giving it extra points for that. Overall, 4/5, and I would say take that with a grain of salt, since some shampoos work better for certain types of hair.

Ive been using Garnier sleek and shine shampoo for about a month now, and im genuinely impressed. My hair poofs up the mere mention of humidity, but this shampoo has helped keep it tame and a lot more manageable. What i like most is that it makes my hair feel clean, without overly stripping it of its oils. It also has a fresh pleasant scent that sticks around for a few hours. My hair feels softer after washing and ive noticed I spend less time fighting tangles and smoothing flyaways. Is it a miracle product? No, but for the price point and its availability it does what i need it to do, for a very affordable price and thats a win in my book.
