Garnier Whole Blends’ illuminating conditioner, blended with camellia oils and sustainably sourced Moroccan argan oil, polishes and nourishes dull strands. For the best illuminating results, use the full system of Whole Blends Moroccan Argan & Camellia Oils shampoo and conditioner, which will smooth, restore suppleness, and reveal a luminescent shine. 

Vegan formula (no animal-derived ingredients) blended without parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, and DMDM hydantoin. Approved by Cruelty Free International under the Leaping Bunny Program.

Instructions of Use
