Fructis Curl Shape Defining Spray Gel is a strong-hold spray gel for wavy, curly, and coily hair types. Infused with coconut water, it defines curls, adds shine, and helps control frizz without weigh-down, stickiness, or build-up.
• Mist-on spray-gel format coats strands evenly like a hair spray with the control of a hair gel.
• Shiny finish with defined curls that stay in place yet feel touchable.
• Works on damp or dry hair; great for day-2 curl refresh.

For best results, start with a curly hair shampoo, then layer over a leave-in conditioner for curly hair or curl cream for curly hair before styling.
Step 1: Hold bottle 8–10 inches from slightly damp or dry hair.
Step 2: Apply 6–10 sprays for shoulder-length hair, working in sections for thick or coily textures.
Step 3: Scrunch or finger-twist, then air-dry or diffuse.
Step 4: To refresh, lightly mist onto dry curls and scrunch.
Pro tip: Layer over a leave-in conditioner for curly hair or curl cream for curly hair for extra moisture; pair with a mousse for curly hair (curl mousse) for more volume. When diffusing, use a heat protectant for hair first.

Keeps my curls shiny and frizz-free

Ever since I have changed my hair routine, I have switched my hair products, too.
No more flat iron for me...I'm embracing my naturally wavy hair :)
I take showers at night, so after I ring out the water from my hair, I brush my hair with a wide-tooth comb, apply my garnier fructis sleek and shine intensely smooth leave in conditioning cream to my ends and I part my bangs to my right.
Then, I separate my hair into two sections since my hair is THICK.
I spray each section with the curl shaping gel and give it a quick toss while scrunching lightly to enhance my waves.
Then, I air dry my hair until its about 95% dry and sleep on it.
When I wake up, I have these beachy, bed-head looking waves. My hair isn't crunchy at all, it's soft, there's no frizz, and it has so much shine.
Good thing I bought two new bottles yesterday...this gel probably lasts me at most a few weeks, maybe a month, depending how much I feel like using.
Since my hair is more wavy than curly, it makes my hair have a little more "bounce" to it and it enhances my waves.
I would recommend this to anyone with thick, wavy or curly hair like me. If you're going for a bed-head or beachy look, you should give this product a try.

Not near as good as Wonder Waves

This product does not work as well as Wonder Waves. Smells lovely but does not fight the frizz. I have tried it for several weeks now and haven’t seen any significant help with less frizziness. Why, oh, why did the company discontinue Wonder Waves?! I will now start trying products from other companies.

Bring on the frizz!

Not sure what happened to this product or what was eliminated. My hair has never been so frizzy. The product does not hold the curl. Will have to find another product as the hold is not as it used to be. Very disappointed as I have used this product for over 10 years.

Very disappointing

I don't love it! The gel comes out of sprayer in such small amount it takes so long to do my entire head. I tried spraying into my hands and then applying but found it easiest to unscrew top and pour into my hands. I won't be buying again.

Horrible Sprayer

Have no idea how the stuff works, can't get anything out of the bottle unless I fight with sprayer. So now I have a bottle of gel I can't use.

WHAT a DISAPPOINTMENT ! I have been extremelyhappy wth Garnier products UNTIL I tred theis spray gel. It does NOT SPRAY ! It blobs outwads of gel which run down the sprayer and down the side of the container. It does a wonderful job of maaking my hands alll gooey and sticky. I bought it once but NEVER again
