PRODUCT INFORMATION:

Garnier Olia is unlike any other traditional, permanent hair color. Powered by a 60% oil blend formula with natural flower oils, Olia propels colorants deep into the hair, giving you vivid color results and 100% gray coverage.  The oils help to reverse roughness and dullness without hair feeling weighed down.  The non-drip formula has no ammonia, so it smells great as you apply.  The end result?  More brilliant, long-lasting color and hair that is hydrated, silky, looks full and up to 3x shinier than uncolored, unwashed hair.

What’s in the hair dye kit? A developer applicator, a colorant tube, after color conditioner, as well as a set of gloves and the instruction sheet.

Is this shade right for me?

Garnier Olia shade 7.20, “Dark Rose Quartz,” is a shade full of intense rose and iridescent reflects. It provides up to 100% gray coverage. The color will be more vibrant on grays. Shade 7.20 is best for anyone with natural, uncolored hair between medium to dark blonde and medium brown.

For other shades with rose reflects, try 8.22, “Medium Rose Gold” or 3.60, “Deepest Red Rose”..If you would like to remain in the dark blonde range but would like to explore other reflects and tones, try shade 7.0, “Dark Blonde” for a natural reflect.

*For women with currently color treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve. This shade is not recommended for hair that has been colored Dark Brown or darker, is bleached or is highlighted. How to use:

Applying Olia: A Sensorial Experience Olia transforms coloring your hair into a new sensorial experience.  Because Olia is ammonia-free, there is no harsh ammonia smell. Instead, Olia has a delicate floral scent. And, its non-drip, velvety cream texture helps provide optimal comfort during application.

Follow this step-by-step process when applying color at home:

1) Always do a skin test 48 hours before.
2) Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
3) Apply gloves, pour developer and colorant in mixing jar.
4) Break off the tip and shake the bottle vigorously.
5) Start applying color at the roots, then away from roots to the tips.
6) Extend color through to the ends and massage into hair.
7) Leave formula on for 30 minutes.
8) Massage hair thoroughly before rinsing to optimize rinsing process.
9) Rinse hair thoroughly until water runs clear.
10) Apply conditioner after color and leave on for two minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beyond disappointing results I guess I should have read the reviews before purchasing, and now regret that. I used the website’s virtual try on, and because it’s virtual was not expecting exact results. However, I was expecting at the very least a pink hue to my hair. I DIDN’T EVEN GET THAT. I see that other displeased reviewers at least got some form of pink coloring to their hair. I got light blonde? What the heck garnier? My natural hair color is dirty blonde. If I wanted light blonde I would have purchased a light blonde kit not rose gold. My hair is very thin, so I don’t color my hair often and when I do I prefer to avoid the salons as they usually apply harsh chemicals to my hair. I am so upset, the dye didn’t cost much but as I have used garnier products before I expected to actually get the product I purchased. **I followed application instructions exactly and left it on for the amount of time instructed**

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with the results Just finished coloring and I am super impressed with this color. I did a strand test on my medium golden blonde hair (dark roots, light ends) and the result was close to the box picture. I decided to go for it and used two boxes for my bra-strap-length thick non-color-treated hair. I had plenty of color, it went on easily with good coverage, and didn't stain my skin. The processing color was a bit scary, and after rinsing the color out, conditioning and towel drying I was worried I wound up with hot roots, but after letting it air dry I am thrilled with the result. My roots are a little warm, and I could have done a better job with evenness of application, but I love the finished color. Similar to salon results, at 1/10 the price. And more vibrant and less messy / staining than color conditioners (and hopefully longer lasting). Super happy customer here, at least for the initial result...it's a pretty neutral rosy blonde, not too warm and not too cool, which is rare on my hair that tends to skew super warm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great color result I love this new color but hard to find as of yet. Hope major, retailer stores start,to carry this shade. I have gray and white hair and it covered it all. Just leave it,on for at least 35 minutes

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Potential there, did not deliver I have dyed my hair with Garnier products for years now and never had an issue with the color and effect. However after using this color I am very indifferent about this product. The part where my natural (dark brown) hair grew out has been dyed to an orange color and the parts of where it was previously dyed (red/brown) was lightened to a bright red. The top part of my head is a gold/orange color which makes it look very unnatural while the rest of my hair just seems like to be bright red. My hair seems to be the same softness and do not see much damage however the issue is still the top of my hair, its is a completely different color than the rest of my hair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not cover my gray I was excited to finally pull the trigger and go for a more youthful color. I bought 2 boxes and it left my hair patchy and did not cover my gray. One of the reasons why I bought this color and brand, because it said 100% gray coverage on the front of the box. I have used many garnier products in the past and have been very satisfied. I am sad this beautiful color did not work out for me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 4 Boxes Did Not cover my hair I wanted a change-the rose golds really attracted me. Unfortunately, I apparently chose the wrong brand/color. I have really thick hair so I normally use 2 boxes of hair color. Two did not do it, so I had to run out and get 2 more. That didn't do it either. I am left with many streaks of my natural blond color showing through. I would recommend Olia; it's a great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful color! This hair dye is above ND beyond what I usually use. It didn't burn, smell and it left my hair silly and soft. Not dry.. While this color is beautiful my skin tone is not pale enough to pull it off.. It's a beautiful color just not my color..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good product I enjoyed the color but since I haven't dyed my hair in many years, I really needed two boxes to get the full effect. My roots and the top looked great but the ends didn't much color. Other than that, it covered the grey really well, smelled great, and looked good. I'm not much of a pink person though and my hair definitely is a pink color.
