Garnier Diamond Sleek Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THE ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.
1. PROMOTION: The Garnier Diamond Sleek Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on February 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 27, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer shall be the official timekeeper for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who at time of entry are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older (the “Entrant”) and have received the Garnier Diamond Sleek Mailer. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families [parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Garnier (“Sponsor”), Probability LLC ("Administrator"), and their respective parent, affiliate, subsidiary and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit any or all of the following social media platforms: Instagram and/or TikTok (each a “Platform”) on your desktop or mobile device, and 1) follow @garnierusa if you do not do so already; 2) Create a video showing your hair transformation on your Instagram or TikTok featuring the Diamond Sleek product in the mailer sent to you by Garnier ("Video") and post with the hashtags #Garnier_Sweepstakes, #GiftedbyGarnier, #GarnierHaircare and #DiamondEffectSweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Hashtags") in the post caption and as a text overlay on top of your Video. Additionally, you must verbally disclose in the Video that you received the products for free and that you are posting this Video as a submission into the Garnier Diamond Sleek Sweepstakes ("Disclaimer"). VIDEOS MAY NOT INCLUDE ANY MUSIC THAT IS NOT IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN OR WAS NOT SOLELY CREATED BY THE ENTRANT. VIDEOS MAY ONLY INCLUDE MUSIC FOR WHICH THE ENTRANT HAS THE RIGHTS TO GRANT SPONSOR AT THEIR REQUEST. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any music from a video.
For the avoidance of doubt, the content of a person’s Video will not be taken into account in the winner selection process (provided that the entry complies with all instructions and is determined by Sponsor and Administrator to be in compliance with these Rules).
BY POSTING A VIDEO INCLUDING THE SWEEPSTAKES HASHTAGS (I.E. #GARNIER_SWEEPSTAKES, #GIFTEDBYGARNIER, #GARNIERHAIRCARD AND #DIAMONEFFECTSWEEPSTAKES), YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND FULLY AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES. DO NOT POST WITHOUT FIRST REVIEWING THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
Your post that includes (a) your Video with the Disclaimer and Sweepstakes Hashtags as a text overlay and (b) the Sweepstakes Hashtags in the post caption will constitute your entry into this Sweepstakes. If any of the above criteria are not included, your entry will be disqualified.
All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on March 27, 2026 to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person/account, per Platform for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries received from any person/account on the same Platform after the first entry is received will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or means which subvert the entry process will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have a non-private Instagram, and/or TikTok account. If you do not have an Instagram or TikTok account, download the application to your mobile device or go to www.instagram.com or www.tiktok.com and create an account according to the instructions. Creating an account is free and you may be asked to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of the relevant platform. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram or TikTok. If you choose to enter using your mobile device, standard data fees may apply. Entry must meet each Platform’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines located at https://support.tiktok.com/en/privacy-safety/community-policy-en for TikTok and https://transparency.meta.com/policies/community-standards/ for Instagram.
4. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: Any Video or comment submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes: (i) must be original work of entrant; (ii) must be truthful and accurate; (iii) may not include any exaggerated product claims or criticisms of third party products; (iv) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, unlawful or plagiarized, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (v) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (vi) may not violate or encourage others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (vii) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights; (viii) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, and slogans, other than those relating to Sponsor; and (ix) if found to be in violation of these rules will be disqualified and therefore removed from the Sweepstakes.
5. PERMISSION: By submitting a Sweepstakes entry, entrant hereby grants permission for the Sweepstakes entry to be posted on Sponsor’s, and its branded websites and social platforms. Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Sweepstakes entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Sweepstakes entry. Entrants agree that they will not use the entry for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the Sweepstakes entry to any online social networks, without the express consent of Sponsor in each instance.
Sponsor grants each eligible entrant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use its trademarks solely for purposes of and limited to including them in up to two (2) entries (one [1] per Platform) submitted in this Sweepstakes in accordance with these Official Rules; such right and license will automatically expire without further act of any party at the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period, unless specifically extended on an individual basis by Sponsor in writing in its sole discretion. Any other use of the trademarks of Sponsor will be a violation of Sponsor’s intellectual property rights in same, as applicable. Sponsor’s trademarks cannot be modified, adapted, or edited by entrant; the preceding only excludes modifications due to technological limitations or malfunctions.
FOR ALL ENTRIES POSTED, THE ENTRIES REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ENTRANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH SUCH POSTED ENTRIES, INCLUDING MONITORING OR REVIEWING ENTRIES OR ANY CLAIM OR STATEMENT MADE THEREIN. SPONSOR WILL NOT EDIT POSTED ENTRIES IN CONJUNCTION WITH OFFERING THE SWEEPSTAKES.
6. DRAWING: One (1) Potential Winner (“Potential Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing held on or about April 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winner will be notified on or about April 10, 2026 via Platform of entry. If user has enabled direct messaging on their Instagram or TikTok account, Potential Winner will be notified via direct message from Sponsor on the applicable Platform used for entry. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTRANT TO CONFIRM THAT THEIR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON INSTAGRAM OR TIKTOK ALLOW FOR SPONSOR TO NOTIFY THEM VIA DIRECT MESSAGE OR BY PUBLIC COMMENT. Sponsor and Administrator disclaim any liability due to direct message not being timely received (or received at all) by Potential Winner regardless of cause. The notification will request that the Winner e-mail the Administrator at the specified e-mail address. Failure to respond to the initial verification notice within forty-eight (48) hours after notification or return of direct message as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected as per Section 7 above. Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, publicity release and a W-9 within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner for any reason, or a Potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion up to five (5) alternate potential winners may be determined (per Section 7), after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
8. PRIZE: One (1) Potential Winner will receive one (1), two (2) Carat Lab Grown Diamond. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $2,008.99. Product selection determined by Sponsor. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL INCOME TAXES INCURRED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. PRIZE WINNER WILL RECEIVE A 1099 TAX FORM REFLECTING VALUE OF THEIR PRIZE. PRIZE WINNER FURTHER AGREES TO FULLY COOPERATE WITH SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR RELATIVE TO THE PREPARATION AND FILING OF THE 1099 TAX FORM, INCLUDING BY PROVIDING THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, entries or email ; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries (including filtering by or other operation of any given Platform) , the announcement of the prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Potential Winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on @garnierusa on Instagram/TikTok. Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Administrator, Meta Platforms Inc, TikTok Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. inner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), Video, voice and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the Potential Winner based on the social media handle, the associated entry will be declared made by the authorized account subscriber of the mobile phone number or e-mail address associated with the social media account used to enter the Sweepstakes, as long as such person is otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE PLATFORM OR THE WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
11. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Notice of Financial Incentives. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
12. WINNERS’ LIST: For the name of the winner (available after April 24, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Garnier Diamond Sleek Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. for receipt no later than May 8, 2026.
