Garnier Nutrisse shade 56, Rich Auburn (Sangria) adds red tones to a traditional medium brown result and provides 100% gray coverage.
Is This Shade Right For Me?
Sangria is best for anyone with natural hair between dark blonde and darkest brown. If you are looking for a lighter shade that still reflects red, try 66 True Red (Pomegranate). We also have a range of vibrant red shades within our Nutrisse Ultra Color collection: R2 Medium Intense Auburn (Goji Berry) and R3 Light Intense Auburn (Red Hibiscus). Please note that Ultra Color is not designed for 100% gray coverage. If you want to stay in the medium brown range, explore shades 50 Medium Natural Brown (Truffle), 51 Medium Ash Brown (Cool Tea), 53 Medium Golden Brown (Chestnut), and 535 Medium Golden Mahogany (Chocolate Caramel).
For anyone who currently has color treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve. Because of this, we do not recommend Sangria for hair that has been previously colored shade 30 Darkest Brown (Sweet Cola) or darker.
