Garnier Micellar Water with Vitamin C is gentle enough to use twice a day and incredibly easy to apply. Plus, there's no need to rinse!

To cleanse and/or remove facial makeup:
1. Saturate a cotton pad with Vitamin C Micellar Water.
2. Gently wipe over face from the middle outward.

To remove eye makeup: 
1. Saturate a cotton pad with Vitamin C Micellar Water.
2. Hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away.
3. Repeat as needed and avoid rubbing. Safe for use on eyes.
