The scent is amazing, but my hair falls out when I use this shampoo

Came on here to see if others were experiencing similar experiences and it seems this product is leaving us with uncomfortable and greasy hair. Do not recommend

I love all the whole blends shampoos but this one just isn't it. Been using it for a couple months now and while it works sometimes, there's times where my hair feels absolutely disgusting and waxy after using it, even after rewashing it two or three times. I've also noticed that I've been losing more hair than usual while using this shampoo.

I started using this just a week ago and noticed my hair started falling out a little more. Now it's almost in handfuls and to make things worse my scalp is insanely itchy and gets super oiley fast! The itch is almost unbareful after showering each time!

I thought that the Coconut Water and Aloe Vera version was the last resort among the Whole Blends line. I had problems with the other ones I tried. The Ginger Recovery one was the best but it made my scalp itch. The Coconut Oil one was supposed to tame my frizzy hair but made my hair even more frizzy and fried looking. My roots can get somewhat oily but the rest of my hair is "normal," so I thought this would be a good try, but I was surprised to find out that my hair feels too silky with this, as if I know that when I wake up tomorrow it is going to be more oily than it does now. My hair does not feel clean enough with this and I did three lathers. I only put conditioner on the bottom half of my hair. I have little to no hope that another Whole Blends variety will help, since this is supposed to be the lightest hydration among the bunch. The previous brand I used made my hair look horrible (Herbal Essences), and Garnier is an improvement, but I haven't hit the proverbial jackpot either. I hope I don't have to try Pantene. Ironically, the Sleek and Shine one cleans better than this (although it doesn't hit the spot either), even though there's oil in that shampoo, but it doesn't help the frizz enough either. I hope I can find peace in my hair routine. It is an exhausting journey. One thing I like about your brand is that it doesn't contain those methyl(chloro)isothiazolinones.

I love the smell for sure! I have very wavy hair and after using this and my hair dries, my hair is very soft and it enhances my waves! I was worried about putting on the conditioner since I lean more towards the oily hair area but it didn’t felt oily and it was super light! I love it!

I thought this shampoo is gonna be like the other shampoos I've tried. wrong! this is now the best shampoo I've ever tried in my whole life. It doesn't dry out my hair.
