Bad packaging

I really like the product. However it is nearly impossible to get out if container so I threw over 1:2 of it away in frustration. Will never buy again.

I AGREE, the products appear to be helpful but there’s no way to get any product by squeezing these hard bottles…they’re ridiculous. Please fix this problem. How many times do you people need to read this same complaint before you decide to take action??

Amazing conditioner, horrible packaging

I absolutely love this conditioner and shampoo. I love the smell and it leaves me hair soft and silky and tangle free, but does not weigh it down. It is perfect! However, I am giving it 2 stars because I cannot get the conditioner out of the bottle. It is a serious issue. The formula is so thick that I can’t get it out of the bottle without unscrewing the cap and scooping out a large glob every time I shower. It’s extremely frustrating and makes it hard to use consistently. Please please consider redesigning the packaging—it’s the only thing holding me back from fully committing to this product long-term.

This conditioner worked well with the shampoo, making my hair feel soft and easy to detangle without leaving it greasy or weighed down. The scent is pleasant, but I wish it was more moisturizing for my ends

Too concentrated

The product is concentrated. The conditioner is not easy to pour out. I keep my bottle upside down. I love this product but dealing with the bottle each time is a bit annoying.
