Hands down the best hair dye I’ve ever used. The color match is perfect and it blends seamlessly with the white streak at the top left of my hairline. I also love how gentle it is—no harshness, and my hair and scalp feel healthy and soft after each use.

Not a huge difference

Okay so here’s the thing… I think this didn’t really work for me because my hair is already that color. Oops. The coverage seemed okay, my hair was maybe a tiny bit lighter afterwards and it wasn’t patchy at all, but it also didn’t do much. The conditioner was really nice though and smelled good- my hair didn’t seem stripped after using it and I think the conditioner made it shinier. Probably a great product if you have hair where you can tell that you did something to it afterwards.

Easy, gentle blonde dye with good coverage and les

I used Garnier Olia 10.0 Very Light Blonde and found it easy to apply with clear instructions. The formula felt gentle on my scalp with no strong smell or irritation. The color came out even and left my hair feeling soft instead of dry. Overall, it gave me a nice light blonde with minimal damage

Ammonia free and smells good! But wasn’t my favori

I think this was okay. It wasn’t my favorite but I like how there was no ammonia! We used it on my sisters hair and it didn’t dry it out. In fact, I was surprised that it looked pretty healthy still after!

Wonderful natural-looking color

I have used this product for years. I am 73 and my hair still looks like a natural blonde. This leaves my hair shiny and well conditioned. Please don't discontinue this color. I have had a hard time finding it.

Don't buy this product.

A few minutes ago, I dyed my hair this color. Afterwards, you could clearly see the ends very damaged and falling off. My hair has been recently cut so seeing it broken after dyeing it could only mean the product was responsible for the damage. I'll sadly have to go tomorrow to get it cut up to my shoulders. In the picture, you can see the damage and brushing it and with slight touches, it falls.

Trust the Process, it's so worth it!

I am always excited to try a new color but nervous to do it at home on my own. I am an overthinker so I'm always concerned I'll miss a step or over process my hair. However, when I got the opportunity to try this hair color at no cost to me in exchange for my honest opinion, I couldn't pass it up. The instructions were very easy to follow and the products do smell like chemicals but nothing overbearing. I just did the tips of my hair and I love the way it came out. I would say I took all the precautions the instructions suggested and I had no hiccups. So what do y'all think, how did I do?

Best hair color product and has been so gentl

This was the only hair dye product that did NOT on application, actually hurt my scalp. For 20 years. NOW I am in my 90’s ( thank you very much) and my scalp tingles this time with product on. Actually hurts. The product ingredients are fine. But I need help with any other product you have or advice. No sores or other damage to my scalp. You have my email.

Disclaimer: Im bleaching over henna I dont normally have an issue with a different brand when it comes to lightening henna dyed hair (red or strawberry blonde). This product on the other hand left my hair patchy and damaged. I lightened a halo around my head and now I have so many tiny broken pieces and it took a lot of deep conditioning to get my hair not to feel hay like. But it also didn't lighten very much with how damaged I felt it left my hair. This did make me realize that I just want to start my healthy hair journey and I think I'm done dying my hair in general. Application was easy but I do use my own form fitting gloves and protect my hairline with aquaphor.

Love this Light Blonde from Garnier

I do it myself at home and it was really easy to put on my hair, the application process was really easy and smell good, the shade range is the one I was expecting very light blonde, the packaging perfect and the instructions very easy to understand. This product is okay, although I won’t be purchasing again. It made my hair feel not well, and the scent string application process did not sit right with me. Packaging is nice it comes in a normal sized box. I am not sure about the shade range for this brand because I am only interested in blonde lol.

This was super easy to use!! I love how soft my hair felt afterwards, the color was pretty close to what I normally get just a tad darker but I loved it. The scent wasn’t a strong chemical smell, the packaging actually grabbed my attention the most and the shade was spot on for the name. The dye worked amazing and did its job very fast.

Leaves hair very conditioned with a lovely natural color and shine. I could have used a bit more coverage however very easy to apply. Packaging was very user friendly as well.

I love this product. I had dyed brown hair for a while. I wanted to go back to bleach blonde. I recently went to Sally's to purchase hair dye. I asked many questions, but the brand I use to use change their packaging. I tried finding the same color with different brands. I bought what was suggested. It did opposite of what I wanted. I realize not all hair is the same. But each person I talked to at two different Sally stores told me that what I was purchasing would definitely work. But today I was walking through the hair dye isle at walmart and I found Garnier Olia bonding bleach kit. I tried it and love love love the result. I spent alot of money at Sally's for it to not work.

“The BEST i have tried”

I have been using L’Oréal for 50 years…no kidding!…I have been searching for a product that was ammonia free & sulfate free & would cover my grey. (Excellence has always been the best for grey coverage) I have tryijng other products for the last 6 months. This is my first time with “Garnier”. I am so very much impressed & thankful that you have made such a fabulous product. The color is fantastic & my scalp thanks you & no harsh smell as well. I love the feel of my hair now & the shine. Never thanked a company before…but this is so huge for me to find this because of my autoimmune issues & needing to find a more natural product. i will for sure tell my friends about Garnier! I think there was something happened with the box because its wasn’t light as the package showing, although they does not damage my hair a-lot and scent are pretty nice. Is pretty easy to apply since my sister did it for me when she does not have any experience about this.

Easy 30 mins hair color

Olia offers a wide variety of a color from dark to blonde! My hair is a one time bleached hair so I let it sit longer than it recommends(i have a black hair) Looking at a picture, it appears to be a little streaky but I’m very satisfied with a result thinking about of a cost of getting my hair color done at a hair salon during this recession time! No complain! It has a hair color scent but not too strong. Application process was very easy, however, it doesn’t come with a hair dye brush so please get it before you do if you don’t have it.

I received the Garnier Olia Hair Dye for free in exchange for my honest review. I'll keep it brief: I've dyed my hair from black to blonde with other brands in the past and they worked but with Garnier Olia, I'd very few patches of what looks like dark brown, like this product literally didn't dye my hair. It doesn't have a bad smell and the application was pretty easy. And no, I'm not buying. #Influenster #Garnier #Olia

Nice hair dye

I finally had a chance to use this product. My hair grew out, and I had a bunch of grays I needed to cover and I used this hair dye, and it worked really well to cover them and bring my hair back to its natural color. It's easy to use and doesn't have a super strong scent. I normally hate the smell of hair dye, but this one wasn't bad. It didn't damage my hair. My hair actually looked shiny and stronger and a lot healthier after using this dye. I'm happy with it, and I would recommend it.

Great formula

I used it on my dark brown hair and it gave me these lighter highlights and more orange toned hair i liked the dye a lot and would totally recommend you try it.

A successful at home hair color

I think I successfully attempted to do an all over highlight with money pieces and ombré effect on my daughter’s hair. She has naturally light brown somewhat dark blonde virgin hair. The Garnier Olia box dye comes with everything we needed. The instructions were easy to follow and I adjusted the application based on what we envisioned. The process was simple and quick. An hour total after washing and drying her hair. We spent most of the time sectioning her hair to make highlights. She loves the end result. It lightens her natural hair a couple of shades brighter into a light golden honey brown. The pictures are taken in the bathroom under indoor lighting with no natural light showing the real color or how beautiful turned out.

Did not work for my hair.

Unfortunately this didn’t lighten or make a difference in my hair color at all - I already have pretty light hair to begin with (in relation to natural color anyway.. level 6/7 depending on season and sun exposure) I had to do a test strand as I spent lots of $$ getting my ends to their current color (level 8/9) for my wedding last year and didn’t want to ruin the work.. and nothing happened on my ends or roots.. so I didn’t want to risk my entire head to see if it would work on a larger scale. given this product wasn’t advertised as lightener it doesn’t surprise me, it may also be different for different people but unfortunately just not for me. I have used this line to go darker in the past and it was amazing, but opted for a light color given the season in my life.

Color

Temporary plan for someone who cannot go to a salon, overall it doesn't dry my hair like other product and within a time process to achieve the color.

Great coverage

The product left my hair smelling great and feeling soft, which was a bonus to the coverage it gave with beautiful color. It was very easy to apply as well.

Works on non color treated hair

If you already have color treated hair, you'll need actual bleach and maybe toner. Go to a pro!!! If you use boxed dye it doesn't always give you the color you want. This works great on hair a few shades darker.
