I have been using Garnier Fructis shampoos for over 20 years, and when the Triple Nutrition line came out, I never looked back, until the 'NEW' formulation. I am highly sensitive to fragrances, and cannot tolerate the florals in so many products, but I actually enjoyed the clean fruit forward scent of the old formulation, and so did everyone who hugged me, lol! Men and women alike would hug me and then not let go because they said I smelled so good! The new scent is cloying, and I can't rinse it out! It even wakes me up at night. Glad I only purchased two bottles this round, as even on a tight budget, I will have to give these away. My second complaint is that previous formulation actually felt like it had oils that nourished my hair, and it was much softer. I get sores when I use any sort of conditioner, and I could use the old formulation shampoo only on my long fine curly hair without tangles or heavy residue weighing it down. And lastly, please consider eliminating unnecessary ingredients, such as the dyes. Such a waste and is keeping sensitive customers from using. I gave 2 stars, because I did immediately notice that my hair had less frizzing and is somehwat shinier on the new formulation, so the proteins seem to be doing their job. Sadly, I will be shopping for a whole new product.

The new formula is missing so many key ingredients. I compared my old bottle with the new bottle ingredients and the new formula is missing "Pyrus Malus Fruit Extract / Apple Fruit Extract, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine HCL, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil / Sweet Almond Oil, Hexyl Cinnamal, Sugarcane Extract / Extrait De Canne A Sucre, Benzyl Alcohol, Amyl Cinnamal, Glycerin, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Lemon Protein, Citrus Limon Peel Extract / Lemon Peel Extract, Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate and Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract". The only thing they added was "Cocos nucifera oil / coconut oil, and Limonene", I guess to replace the lemon peel extract. Corporate greed over consumer health. Got me looking for another conditioner

This formula has transformed my dry curly hair but now I'm having a hard time finding this specific one in stores. I hope it doesn't get discontinued!

Sadly I share the same sentiment other customers have. I used to love this shampoo. In fact I used it for many years as my main shampoo. But I noticed something different lately. Firstly it was much harder to get which I attributed to post-Covid supply line issues etc. Secondly, when I was able to purchase it just was not the same. I knew something was wrong. The smell wasn't as pleasant. The lathering ability was diminished and it just felt inferior. And I came here to see that the formula was indeed changed. So I'll be a former customer until the day (which may never come) they go back to the original formula.

The new formula change caused me to have an allergic reaction. The smell is also overly strong. Why mess with a good thing Garnier? This used to be my go-to shampoo, but I can no longer use it, nor will I recommend it. bring back the old formula, until then, I am moving on to another brand. I did contact garnier via e-mail and I received no response. It's clear they don't care about their customers, and it wouldn't surprise me if they comment on this post asking to call them. It shouldn't take a post this this to get them to respond, when they could had responded via e-mail.

Hey I love y’all’s hair products because y’all make my hair smell good and feel better.

I have tight, naturally curly hair that runs dry. The yellow bottles of Triple Nutrition Shampoo and Conditioner were the ONLY products that made my hair shiny and soft with well formed curls that would last for 2 days. No matter how many times I'd decide to try something new and different, I'd immediately go back to Triple Nutrition becausenothing else performed anything like it. However, just like every other product I've ever loved, Garnier went and changed the formula! The new version in the green bottles doesn't function the same for my hair AT ALL! 😭 It also doesnt smell as good either! WHYYYY?! "If it's not broke, don't fix it!" Is there any place that I can get the original formula?
