This gel formula with Vitamin C, Mint, and Caffeine instantly cools and refreshes. The micro-stimulating steel roll-on applicator helps de-puff and reduce the look of under-eye bags. A few years ago we also had a similar eye roller that worked the same way but included pigment to help conceal dark circles.(that was discontinued and is no longer available) Perhaps that's the one you saw

Rub in excess until fully absorbed. Give it about 5-10 minutes to absorb. After that, apply your moisturizer and makeup as desired. Can be used AM and PM.
