Garnier Olia 5.0 Medium Brown is a neutral, natural-looking medium brown permanent at-home hair dye that delivers 100% gray coverage. This ammonia-free, oil-powered formula lets your natural undertones show with no added red or ash reflects.

Olia 5.0 Medium Brown works best on natural hair levels 5–3 (light brown to darkest brown) and provides 100% gray coverage with a natural finish. For a lighter shade that still reflects naturally, try shade 6.0 Light Natural Brown. For a darker natural shade try 4.0 Dark Brown. For anyone who currently has color treated hair, there are special considerations for the color result you can achieve. Unlike traditional ammonia-based hair dye, Olia is an ammonia-free, oil-powered permanent hair color made with a 60% oil blend and natural flower oils (sunflower, meadowfoam, camellia). The oil-delivery system helps propel colorants deep into the hair fiber for vivid, long-lasting color with a more pleasant scent. Oils help smooth the cuticle so hair feels hydrated and silky and looks up to 3X shinier vs. unwashed, uncolored hair.

Always perform a skin allergy test 48 hours before each use and read all safety warnings in the instruction leaflet.

The non-drip, velvety cream texture of Olia helps provide optimal comfort during application. Because Olia is ammonia-free, there is no harsh smell and it won't irritate your scalp. The hair dye kit includes everything you need: a developer applicator, a colorant tube, after-color conditioner, a set of gloves, and the instruction sheet.

Follow the instruction sheet for the step-by-step process:
• Prep: Put on gloves and protect your hairline/skin.
• Mix: Pour the colorant into the developer applicator bottle and shake until blended.
• Apply: For best gray coverage, saturate roots first, then work through lengths and ends. If your hair is past shoulder length, very thick, or you have a high percentage of gray, use 2 kits to ensure full saturation.
• Time & Rinse: Follow the instruction sheet for timing by hair type/gray percentage; rinse until water runs clear and apply the after-color conditioner.

Tip: Try using Garnier Micellar Water (Waterproof) to remove hair color stains!
