Rated 5 out of 5 by Grace_ from Love the New and Improved Version! My hair is naturally thinner and more fine, but this shampoo makes it so full and thick! I previously had bought the older version of this shampoo which was decent but recently picked up the new version and thought I grabbed the wrong shampoo. This new version is paraben free - which I love! It also smells better and seems to have better quality. I love shampooing my hair just from that pomgrante smell. I'm so happy that they redeisgned this shampoo and absolutely love it now!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kmcc from Waxy feeling residue After using the shampoo multiple times, I noticed a thick waxy residue left on my hair, and no matter how many times I ran a brush through my hair it was so extremely tangled. HORRIBLE product, will never buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by nsg831 from For people with fine, but already voluminous hair I used this shampoo with the conditioner. This product is pretty standard for light weight drugstore shampoo. I hair is high volume and slightly wavy, but very fine. I would not recommend this product with a goal of creating volume. My hair after using this product came out more sleek than voluminous. But since I naturally have all the volume I need, I actually preferred the outcome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by alusia from Bring back the Volume Extend shampoo, please!! New formula is not even close to the old one!!! What was the reason that you have discontinued the Volume Extend? It was a great product, worked perfectly fine even without a conditioner. I will never buy Garnier Fructis again, sorry guys...

Rated 1 out of 5 by New york from Leaves hair flat, limp and greasy-feeling I used volume extend which was great but now it's discontinued. Tried full and plush and it did the opposite of what I was looking for. Sorry guys but the product name could not be further off the mark.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lady Jane from Bring back Body Boost!!! Tried the new shampoo and conditioner. Didn't do a thing for me. Plush - nope. Full - ditto. Garnier, from all the positive comments about Body Boost, why would you even consider discontinuing a well loved product? Seems like the team that made this decision should talk to their consumers and value their opinions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NJK70 from Don't like it I have used Volume Extend for several years, and noticed I hadn't been able to find it lately. In an internet search, I found out it has been discontinued. I tried this formula (Full and Plush), and it does NOT make my hair full and plush, but flat. I am not happy with this formula, and will be looking to other brands in the future. Why do companies always have to change formulas? It's pretty frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Finished with Flat Hair from Nothing even close to the old formula I have used the Garnier body building shampoos for years. Through all of their formula changes. Each one seems to be a little more downgraded than the one before. Full and Plush is the worst. My hair is heavy and dirty feeling after I use it. Totally opposite of what the name implies. Why did it have to change from the original formula? The change to Body Boost was fine and I was ok with the next change to Volume Express. I actually bought out my grocery store's entire inventory when I found out it was being discontinued. Now I have to find another shampoo that will actually help give my lifeless, fine hair some body. That means leaving Garnier after decades of loyalty. Oh, well. Guess that is what you get when you mess with a product so you can keep it "fresh". Goodbye, Garnier.
