1. Wash and hydrate hair with Sleek & Shine shampoo and conditioner.
2. Towel-dry to damp.
3. Amount: fine/short hair = nickel-size; medium hair = quarter-size; thick/long/coily hair = 2 quarter-sizes.
4. Rub between palms and apply evenly from mid-lengths to ends; avoid roots if hair is fine.
5. Do not rinse. Air-dry or blow-dry and style as usual. On dry hair, smooth a pea-size amount to tame flyaways.

Q: Does this product protect from heat? I've been using it for years and upon repurchasing at a point last year, I noticed the bottle stated something about heat protection up to so many degrees, it was on the front of the bottle, but now nothing.
