Coconut water is the perfect way to counteract a dry, itchy or flaky scalp. Massaging coconut water can also help stimulate your scalp. You can make your own coconut water scalp spray in no time, all you need is pure coconut water (look for something without sugar, preservatives or flavoring as they will make your hair sticky), and jojoba or avocado oil. Use half a cup of coconut water mixed with four tablespoons of oil. Spray onto your hair before washing as a scalp treatment to massage your hair follicles or use after shampooing and conditioning to calm your scalp.
2. Face Mask for Blemished Skin
We’ve got an easy face mask that can reduce redness, blemishes and generally brightens your skin. Mix coconut water with turmeric into a paste then add a small amount of coconut oil to smooth the mixture. Apply gently to your face and let the antioxidants, minerals and fatty acids work their magic. Rinse off after ten minutes with a gentle cleanser.
