    refreshing -- AND it works! I love the coolness of this product when I apply it. But even more than that, daily application of this in the morning has eliminated my under-eye puffiness, which was always a problem for me because I am allergic to EVERYTHING and always had puffy, dark circles under my eyes. I've used this product for about a year now and haven't had any issues with puffiness, even now when tree pollen is very high. (Just wish it could get rid of my other allergy symptoms!) Too bad I can't also put it on my actual eyelids; they're still puffy when I wake up! But it works as it's supposed to, which is wonderful... February 14, 2012
