Terrible!
I have used Garnier Pure Clean shampoo for years. You should change the name after this latest formula change. This new formula left my hair neither pure nor clean feeling after use. It’s disappointing that Garnier would “fix” something that was never broken to begin with. I will no longer be using this shampoo and will likely be tossing the brand new bottle I just bought. The new formula is horrible!!

The old pure clean was top notch
Pure clean was the best! I got this one at Walmart since it was the only one closest to that but it’s left my hair not feeling very clean and very greasy! Please bring back the regular pure clean my hair was finally normal and felt fabulous! It was my favorite shampoo!

So disappointed
I started buying the original Pure Clean 2 in 1 and loved it. When you changed the formula, and went to the citrus formula, I tried it, and I liked it so decided to keep using it. But this change is such a disappointment. I don't feel any incentive to continue using a product that I know I cannot count on to be the same next time I go to buy it. So I will be looking at different brands and look for something that is more consistently the same.

DOES EXACT OPPOSITE OF CLEAN! BRING BACK CITRUS!
Stumbled upon the new Pure Clean with Aloe shampoo at a local drug store a couple weeks ago and was excited because I’m tired of paying a ton of money on a salon grade bottle of shampoo that will actually leave my oily hair clean for more than one full working day. I was very disappointed after using this product, as my hair was greasy only a few hours after washing it! I immediately looked up the reviews on this product and found that 90% of loyal Garnier Pure Clean customers felt the same way about the new formula and wish Garnier would’ve left the Pure Clean with Citrus formula alone! However, it seems that Garnier’s response to these comments is (more or less) “oh well, just try another one of our products”! Well, news flash, the PURE CLEAN product is the ONLY Garnier product that is made for oily hair. People with oily hair don’t need help with shine, moisturizing, strengthening, growth, etc. We trust that a product that says it’s made to CLEAN our hair will actually do what it says it will do. We do not want to try any of your other products because we need a product that will clean, and Garnier screwed up their only product that did that! I actually stumbled upon a few left over bottles of the old Pure Clean with Citrus shampoo and bought all the bottles that store had because it actually leaves my hair clean for more than 3 hours, imagine that! How about you switch back to the old formula with citrus that had great reviews and made many loyal Garnier customers instead of just telling them to try another one of your products that they know will not work for their hair type! Disappointing.

Formula change big mistake.
I thought they just tweaked the formula, but this is totally different from the old Pure Clean shampoo. It doesn't even leave my hair feeling clean. I will have to throw out the bottle I just bought and look for a new brand of shampoo.

Bring original citris back
I don’t like this at all. My hair did not smell clean like with the pure citris. Please bring it back. The Aloe is too heavy and makes my hair greasy. Why discontinue a perfect product pure clean citris?

Bring back the old.
I have been using the original shampoo since I was in 6th grade, I’m 20 now. This shampoo has been my rock for years and it’s been very upsetting to see it slowly fading off the shelf. Apparently now, discontinued all together. The new formula weighs down my hair and keeps it oily. I don’t understand why companies always have to discontinue they’re best products— guess it’s time to find a new shampoo :(

Bring back citrus formula
I’ve used the Pure Clean with citrus for years. Loved the citrus shampoo. It was the only one that really cleaned my hair without leaving it dry. I tried the replacement and it stinks. It weighs down my hair too much and it just doesn’t feel as clean or look as good. Now I have switched to other brands to find a replacement. Please bring back the citrus formula! The number of comments here saying the same should tell you there is still a market for the product!
